Course Methodology
This is a 25-hour training program designed to be completed over the course of five days. This course employs an engaging and reflective pedagogical approach to help educators adopt Blended Learning Models in their innovative teaching practices. The Participants can expect to:
- Experience blended learning methods, combining face-to-face and online activities.
- Explore different Blended-Learning Models.
- Design personalized lesson plans with trainer support and peer collaboration.
- Reflect on their teaching approaches and plan for implementation in their contexts.
Modules
Module 01: The Digital Classroom: Opportunities and Challenges
- Explore the transformative role of technology in modern classrooms.
- Address challenges like digital inclusion and teacher readiness while identifying opportunities for enhancing learning.
Module 02: Introduction to 21st Century Skills
- Understand the critical skills students need to thrive in a digital and interconnected world, including collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, and communication.
- Learn how to foster these skills through digital teaching strategies.
Module 03: Integration of Technology in Education - Different Models
- Review models and frameworks for integrating technology into education effectively.
- Learn how to choose the right approach based on subject, grade level, and teaching objectives.
Module 04: Blended Learning Models
- Explore the concept of blended learning and its benefits for student-centered instruction.
- Learn about the effective combination of online and offline teaching methods.
Module 05: First Exposure to Flipped Classroom
- Gain a foundational understanding of the flipped classroom model.

Module 06: Station Rotation Experience
- Engage with the station rotation model, where students rotate through different learning stations, including online learning and collaborative tasks.

Module 07: Playlist Rotation
- Learn how to design a "playlist" of tasks and activities that students complete at their own pace.

Module 08: Using Artificial Intelligence for Effective Lesson Planning

Module 09: AI Tools for Education
- Explore AI-driven tools that enhance classroom management, assessment, and engagement.

Module 10: Tools for Outdoor Active Learning, Using QR Codes
- Learn how to incorporate outdoor learning activities with the use of technology, such as QR codes, to make lessons engaging and interactive.
- Focus on fostering curiosity and hands-on exploration in students.
Module 11: Lesson Planning Workshop
- Apply all course concepts in a collaborative workshop to create innovative, tech-integrated lesson plans.
- Emphasize aligning digital strategies with curriculum goals and student needs.
